In 2014 we provided HVAC design for a winery restaurant project in Cassino Po, Italy. The project covers approximately 2,800 m².
Restaurants ask a lot of their heating, ventilation and air-conditioning. Dining rooms should feel comfortable and fresh, while kitchens produce heat, moisture and odours that need to be managed carefully so they do not reach the guests.
A winery adds its own considerations, as spaces connected with wine often benefit from stable indoor conditions.
Good HVAC design brings these different needs together in a way that guests hardly notice, which is often the best sign that the systems are doing their job. The project forms part of our building services portfolio for hospitality and food and beverage premises.
