Academy courses and events

Registering for a course or event creates an agreement with Energo for that course. The price, what it includes and the payment terms are stated on the course page and in the registration confirmation. Cancellation and refund terms are available on request. If we have to cancel or reschedule a course, we will offer a new date or a full refund.

Course materials are for the personal use of registered participants and may not be copied or distributed. Materials owned by USGBC, IWBI or other bodies remain their property.

Links to other websites

The website links to other sites, such as those of certification bodies. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability

We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, Energo is not liable for losses arising from the use of the website or from reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
