About Parksmart

Parksmart, formerly known as Green Garage Certification, is the rating system that defines, measures and recognises sustainable parking structures. It is administered by GBCI as a joint programme with the International Parking & Mobility Institute, and applies to new and existing garages.

The course is built on a real certification: the measures used at Obilićev venac, how they were implemented, and how they compare with local regulations. It includes forms, report examples and standard modules that can be reused on other projects.

"

I came to the LEED and WELL course with some prior knowledge, but the training connected it all into a whole. Working with real data and scorecards on actual projects was especially valuable, and the practical use of each credit was clear on my very next project. The Energo team tailored the training to our needs and ran it professionally from start to finish.
