In 2020 we provided LEED New Construction consultancy for the L'Oréal extension project in Villanterio, Italy. The extension covers approximately 20,000 m².
LEED New Construction covers the full design and construction of a building, addressing areas such as site, water, energy, materials and indoor environmental quality.
An extension brings its own questions. The new building should work well alongside what is already there, and it is an opportunity to carry forward what has been learned on earlier phases.
Villanterio is a location we know well. Our work there includes the Greenlogis logistics centre, certified LEED Gold, and LEED Core & Shell consultancy for the earlier L'Oréal project. This extension continues that relationship with the site.
