We provided BREEAM consultancy to the main contractor during the construction of Ušće Tower 2 in Belgrade, an office building of approximately 23,000 m².
Our work included supervision and verification of compliance with BREEAM requirements throughout the construction stage.
Many sustainability commitments are made during design, but they are delivered on site. Materials, installation practices, site management and documentation all need to follow what the certification requires, and small gaps can be costly to correct later.
Working alongside the main contractor, we helped keep these requirements visible in everyday construction decisions. This kind of support gives contractors a clear reference and helps the project arrive at the end of construction with its BREEAM goals intact.
