In 2018 we provided building services engineering for the Phoenix factory project in Milan, working for Phoenix. The project covers approximately 9,800 m².
In industrial buildings, the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems carry a special responsibility. They support production as well as the people who work in the facility, and interruptions can be costly.
Good MEP engineering for a factory balances several needs at once: comfortable and safe working conditions, dependable power and water, and systems that can be maintained without disrupting operations.
