Nutanix, a company working in hybrid cloud and data centre management, moved into new business premises in Belgrade in 2020. The 1,800 m² fit-out was certified LEED Silver under LEED for Commercial Interiors (LEED CI).
We acted as LEED Process Administrator and as LEED Consultant for all designers and contractors, in both the design and construction stages. We trained everyone involved on the LEED requirements for their part of the work, and supervised and verified compliance across the whole project.
Alongside the certification work, we ran the energy modelling, helped put the project's sustainability strategies into practice, and acted as Commissioning Authority, checking that the building systems were installed and operating correctly.
