We provided LEED New Construction consultancy, commissioning and energy modelling for the NCR K2 office building in Belgrade. The building covers approximately 40,750 m².
Each service plays a distinct role. LEED consultancy helps the project team understand and meet the rating system's requirements. Energy modelling simulates how the building will use energy, so that design options can be compared. Commissioning verifies that the systems are installed and working as intended.
