In 2015 we provided LEED Core & Shell consultancy for the L'Oréal project in Villanterio, Italy, working for Greenlogis. The project concerns approximately 33,560 m².
LEED Core & Shell addresses the parts of a building that the developer controls: the structure, envelope and main building systems. It suits projects where much of the interior fit-out is completed later or by others.
As consultants, we help the project team understand what the requirements mean for their work and how to meet them in a practical way, through design and construction.
Villanterio is a location we know well. Our work there also includes the Greenlogis logistics centre and the later L'Oréal addition, both supported through LEED.
