In 2015 we provided computational fluid dynamics (CFD) consultancy for the Italian Pavilion at Expo Milano 2015. The pavilion covers approximately 2,500 m².
Exhibition buildings welcome large and changing numbers of visitors, often in open, generous spaces. Keeping them comfortable depends on understanding how air moves and where heat builds up throughout the day.
CFD simulates these conditions in detail, allowing designers to test their ideas and compare alternatives before they are built.
For a host country pavilion at a world exposition, the visitor experience matters a great deal. The project forms part of our portfolio of simulation services for exhibition buildings.
