Between 2014 and 2018 we worked for the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the Italian Embassy in Belgrade, covering energy auditing and building services engineering. The premises cover approximately 4,200 m².
An energy audit examines how a building uses energy and where improvements are possible. It creates a sound starting point for decisions about the building's systems and operation.
Building services engineering then addresses the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems themselves, so that improvements can be designed and carried out with care.
Diplomatic premises need to function reliably every day, often in buildings with their own history and character. Combining audit and engineering within one team allowed us to connect understanding with action. This project sits in our portfolio of diplomatic properties, alongside the Canadian Embassy and Residence in Belgrade.
