For SIE Solari, we prepared the preliminary and detailed mechanical systems design for an equestrian centre with an associated hotel and residence in Vermezzo, Italy. The project covers approximately 12,500 m².
The development includes stables and accommodation for riders, bringing hospitality and equestrian facilities together within the same complex.
Mixed projects like this ask building services to serve very different spaces side by side. Guest rooms call for quiet, comfortable conditions, while stables and service areas have needs of their own, and each deserves a considered response.
Our design addressed the mechanical and HVAC systems for the complex, from the first preliminary layouts through to the detailed design, giving the project a coherent technical basis for every type of space it contains.
