The project has achieved BREEAM International New Construction v6 – Excellent, with an overall score of 75.0%, placing it among the top-performing sustainable logistics developments.

Instead of focusing on peak results in a single area, the development delivers uniform strength across multiple sustainability categories, reflecting a well-governed and risk-aware approach.

Key certified strengths include:

• a highly consistent environmental profile, with no weak performance areas;
• excellent water efficiency, supported by effective demand reduction strategies;
• strong health and wellbeing results, aligned with modern workforce expectations;
• solid performance in energy, waste, land use & ecology and pollution, ensuring regulatory resilience and operational reliability;
• a meaningful innovation contribution, supporting long-term adaptability.

Overall, G-Park Cameri shows how BREEAM certification can function as a quality control framework for logistics assets, reducing ESG risk and supporting long-term competitiveness.

Throughout the project, we supported the certification as BREEAM Assessor, delivering advanced energy modelling, LCA and LCC analyses, commissioning support, indoor air quality assessments, and sustainability consultancy focused on performance consistency and long-term risk control.
