In 2010 we provided building services engineering for the ENI kindergarten project in San Donato Milanese, working for Montagna Costruzioni. The project covers approximately 2,200 m².
Buildings for young children deserve particular care. Children spend long hours indoors, and they are more sensitive than adults to air quality, temperature and noise.
The mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems of a kindergarten therefore play an important role: providing fresh air, steady comfort, good lighting and safe, easy-to-use water facilities, while staying simple for staff to operate.
This project forms part of our MEP portfolio for educational and childcare premises, where thoughtful engineering supports the everyday wellbeing of those who use the building.
