Located within Interporto Bologna, the project uses location efficiency as a key sustainability driver, helping reduce transport impacts while improving regional and national supply chain performance.

The certified profile includes:

• strong transport and accessibility performance, aligned with intermodal logistics operations;
• reliable management and health & wellbeing outcomes, supporting daily operational continuity;
• solid energy and water performance, ensuring controlled resource use in a high-throughput environment;
• balanced results in materials, waste and land use, consistent with the industrial scale of the asset;

Throughout the project, we acted as BREEAM Assessor and sustainability consultant, providing energy modelling, LCA and LCC analyses, commissioning coordination, indoor air quality assessments, and technical advisory services within a structured and repeatable development framework.
