We were chosen by Adris Group, owner of the first LEED-certified building in Croatia, to monitor and verify the entire certification process of the new Adris HQ in Zagreb, contributing significantly as LEED Consultant to the final customer, as well as Energy Modeller and Commissioning Authority, to achieve the LEED Gold level.
Our work included a thorough review and control of all documentation submitted to GBCI, ensuring every requirement was properly addressed and verified. We carried out both commissioning and enhanced commissioning, confirming that all building systems were correctly designed, installed, tested and set to operate according to the intended performance. In parallel, we developed detailed energy models to optimize energy performance and demonstrate compliance with LEED criteria.
We also prepared measurement and testing plans to define how the performance of key systems would be checked and maintained over time. In addition, we developed all necessary documentation for credits related to increased ventilation and thermal comfort design, with particular attention to the overall HVAC concept, ensuring high indoor environmental quality and alignment with the project’s sustainability goals.
