The asset has achieved BREEAM International New Construction 2016 – Very Good, with an overall score of 61.3%, confirming the effective integration of environmental performance criteria within a fully fitted building developed for demanding, day-to-day logistics operations.
From an operational perspective, the project adopts a tenant-focused sustainability approach, ensuring that environmental measures actively support usability, continuity and reliability rather than limiting logistics performance.

Throughout the project, ENERGO supported the BREEAM certification as BREEAM Assessor, delivering energy modelling, Life Cycle Assessment and Life Cycle Costing (LCA/LCC), commissioning activities, indoor air quality assessments, and sustainability consultancy aligned with occupier operational needs.
