The building has achieved BREEAM International New Construction 2016 – Very Good, with an overall score of 65.8%, providing a solid and reliable environmental benchmark.
Developed when sustainability frameworks were first shaping logistics real estate strategies, the project embeds structured environmental criteria into a fully fitted industrial asset.
Key certified strengths include:

Throughout the project, ENERGO acted as BREEAM Assessor and sustainability advisor, delivering energy modelling, LCA and LCC analyses, commissioning coordination, indoor air quality assessments, and ESG consultancy.
