In 2015 we provided Revit MEP services for a United Nations office project in Geneva.
Revit is a building information modelling (BIM) tool. Instead of separate drawings, the building services are described in a shared three-dimensional model that holds geometry and technical information together.
This approach helps teams coordinate. Clashes between ducts, pipes, structure and architecture can be spotted early, and everyone works from the same source of information, which reduces errors and rework on site.
For institutional premises, where clarity and reliability matter, a well-built model is a strong foundation for the rest of the project. This assignment forms part of our building information modelling portfolio.
