In 2015 we commissioned and inspected the electromechanical systems at the Regent Hotel in Porto Montenegro, Tivat.
Our work included management of testing and air balancing, verification of the installed systems and functional testing during initial commissioning.
Commissioning is the stage where a building's systems are checked against what was designed and what the owner needs. Air balancing makes sure each space receives the airflow it was designed for, and functional testing confirms that equipment and controls respond as they should across different operating conditions.
For a hotel, this is where guest comfort begins. A careful commissioning process helps a building open with systems that work well together, and gives the operating team a sound starting point for running the property.
