In 2012 we provided commissioning and technical consultancy for the Ozana development at Porto Montenegro in Tivat.
The assignment focused on checking the execution of construction and installation works as part of the project's completion process.
This stage is where quality becomes visible. Before a development is completed, it is worth confirming that what has been built and installed matches what was designed and specified. Issues found at this point are far easier to resolve than those discovered after people have moved in.
By bringing an independent technical view to the site, we helped the client approach completion with a clearer understanding of the state of the works. The Ozana assignment sits alongside our commissioning work for the Regent Hotel, also in Porto Montenegro.
