We supported the major renovation of the “Obilićev Venac” public garage, a 19,800 m² parking facility in the historic center of Belgrade. As PARKSMART Consultant for both design and construction, we coordinated all project stakeholders to align architecture, MEP systems, operations, and user experience with the first PARKSMART certification process in the region.
Our role covered sustainability consultancy and commissioning, ensuring that ventilation, lighting, wayfinding, safety systems, and access strategies met advanced performance and comfort targets. By integrating energy efficiency, clear circulation, and improved safety measures, the project turned an aging garage into a more resilient and attractive mobility hub for the city, while setting a local benchmark for certified sustainable parking structures.
