MEP engineering for a showroom in Milan

In 2017 we provided building services engineering for the Marinella showroom in Milan, working for RES Real Estate. The showroom covers approximately 800 m².

Showrooms are designed to present products at their best. The mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems support that goal quietly: keeping visitors comfortable, powering the lighting and displays, and serving staff areas.

Good MEP engineering in a retail setting means systems that are reliable and discreet, and that respect the design of the space rather than competing with it.
