In 2021 we acted as WELL Performance Testing Agent for the PwC Hub in Monza, working with Progetto CMR. The workplace covers approximately 700 m².
The WELL Building Standard focuses on how buildings affect the health and wellbeing of the people who use them. Part of the process is performance verification: testing on site to check whether the space actually delivers the conditions the design intended.
As Performance Testing Agent, our role was to support this verification within the WELL certification process. Testing of this kind looks at indoor environmental conditions such as air and water quality, giving the project team measured evidence rather than assumptions.
For a workplace, this has a very practical value. It gives the people who spend their working day in the space confidence that its wellbeing features are doing what they were designed to do.
