The Vodafone Village, new Vodafone headquarters in Italy, with its 127.000 sqm, is the largest LEED certified building in Italy and the largest LEED CI certified building in the world. We carried out on behalf of the Real Estate Center (Property) and Vodafone (Tenant) the following functions:

• LEED Process Administrator
• LEED Consultant (for all designers and companies) both in the design and construction stage
• Training and education of all parties regarding the LEED requirements in the design and construction phase
• Supervision and verification of compliance with the LEED requirements during the entire project

We carried out supervision and verification of compliance with the LEED requirements in the entire project and executed Energy Modelling and simulations of natural light.
