LEED certification process for the NCR Office building in Belgrade. High performance standards will been met by this project.

The following activities are to be carried out:

• LEED process administrator
• LEED Consultant (for all designers and companies) both in the design and construction stage
• Supervision and verification of compliance with the LEED requirements during the entire project
• Energy Modeling
• Commissioning (CxA)
