Villa extra lux is realized in collaboration with architect Domenico Tripodi who developed the entire architectural, structural and interior design.

The Villa, which has a total area of about 700 m² with indoor counter-current swimming pool, benefits from the most advanced strategies of energy efficiency among which stands out an air/ground heat exchange system. The Villa was designed in a manner that it can be certified as LEED for Homes.
