Made with a single span, and therefore without pillars, the warehouse covers an area of about 7.500 m². One key feature of the warehouse involves a setup that allows for free movement without encountering obstacles, thereby enabling and optimizing cross-docking activities for import and export operations.

Energo has been chosen by Schenker to perform the BREEAM certification process for their new warehouse.
