class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB &#8211; Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Nachhaltiges Bauen) in 2008 launched a rating system called <strong>German Quality Certification for Sustainable Construction.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element  wpb_animate_when_almost_visible wpb_top-to-bottom top-to-bottom\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Energy, a member of DGNB from 2010, to 2013 has the first and only <strong>DGNB Auditor<\/strong> in Italy and Serbia.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element  wpb_animate_when_almost_visible wpb_top-to-bottom top-to-bottom\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>The German certificate for sustainable construction contains lots of themes similar to the most famous LEED, BREEAM standards but it uses<strong> European standards<\/strong> and puts more emphasis on the analysis of the life cycle of materials and costs.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element  wpb_animate_when_almost_visible wpb_top-to-bottom top-to-bottom\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>The DGNB promotes the achievement of a<strong> balanced compendium<\/strong> between the ecological, economic and socio-cultural aspects of the \u201cbuilding\u201d project.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6\"><div properly weighted and finally calculated in percentages The DGNB system is based on current European norms and standards.<\/p>\n<p>Calculations, LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) and LCC (Life Cycle Costing) have also been developed on the basis of EU guidelines and are gradually being implemented into European building regulations.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div
