In the dynamic design context, our Project Managers use their experience and their ability for planning, monitoring and managing the works coming to their natural conclusion: realization of computation of the costs respecting the deadlines and the budget.
Our PM operates with the following goals:
- Carry out the job with the primary goal to achieve all the objectives of the client
- Activate all the necessary resources for the execution of the job
- Employ the resources in that way to maximize the efficiency and minimize the costs
- Define and control the priorities of the job
- Organize and control the job while maintaining it always balanced and flexible
- Plan and coordinate the activities of the works and construction
- Prepare the operational budget
- Formulate the Claims and Contract variations
