Energo have been launched the LEED Protocol in Albania with the event LEED Showcase – Tirana Green Building Day – Below H.E. the U.S. Ambassador to Albania Alexander A. Arvizu, Mrs. Marija Golubović and the Albanian Vice Ministers for Energy and Industry and for Urbanism.
The event was developed under the support and presence of the United States Ambassador to Albania, Mr. Alexander A. Arvizu, Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Energy and Industry, Mr. Ilir Bejtja, Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Urban Development and Tourism, Mr. Gjon Radovani, heads of chambers of commerce in Tirana, field experts and many other guests. The scope of Tirana Green Building Day – LEED® SHOWCASE was to provide an overview of sustainable building, including environmental imperatives driving the practice, the paradigm of integrated design etc. It explained the intent of each LEED Category, identifying best practices, related key terms and concepts.
Energo has organized the international event: GREEN IS NOT ENOUGH – Green Building Conference and Workshop at Milan, in Vodafone Theatre, within the Vodafone Village, the Italian’s largest LEED certified building and the world’s largest LEED CI certified building.

Mrs Marija Golubovic (Energo) invited as speaker at the Green Building Forum focused on the role the National Assembly and the competent Environmental Protection Committee and Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy play in stimulating and developing green building in Serbia by passing the necessary legislation, organising public hearings and allowing representatives of associations involved in green building to attend their sittings.
Energo has participated as an exhibitor at “EIRE 2013” (Expo Italia Real Estate) and at EIRE CONFERENCE 2013 – talking about Design, Construction and Maintenance of large infrastructures with the LEED Certification Case Story of the Vodafone Village.
