Ing. Marija Golubovic - Technical Director, partner in Energo Group
 
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering, at the University of Genoa, Italy, and at the University of Belgrade, Serbia. She has over 15 years of experience in MEP design and HVAC design in the naval industry (military and cruise ships) and design of buildings destined to the most diverse uses (hospitals, shopping and logistics centers, residential facilities, etc.). She is also a leading representative of the LEED and green buildings.
Being a LEED AP since 2008, USGBC Faculty™ since 2011 and LEED Fellow  since 2017 she participated in numerous LEED projects throughout Europe as a designer, consultant and Process Administrator. 
She is the first DGNB International Auditor in Italy and the first woman in Europe who is a Certified Commissioning Authority Acg (Associated Air Balancing Council Commissioning Group) and the test engineer for the region of Lombardy, and also the expert witness at the Court of Milan.
For many years she has been working on numerous LEED projects as a designer, LEED consultant and LEED Project Administrator as well as a Commissioning Authority.
She administered the certification of the first first LEED CS Project in Italy (Gold Level), and in Serbia (Gold Level), and one of the few certified shopping centres in Europe (Usce). In Italy she also administered the Vodafone Village (the largest LEED-certified building in Italy and LEED CI in the world) and also introduced the first LEED for Homes pilot project in Europe. Starting from this year, she is the first LEED for Homes Green Rater in Energo. 
She has developed several LEED training courses for the CMP of GBCI and trained over 500 LEED professionals.
Marija is a sought-after keynote Speaker at the international level and the first president of the Serbia Green Building Council (2010-2013).





Eng. Danilo Franchi – Sustainability Director, partner in Energo Group


He graduated in engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and professionally grew as a Project Manager within leading plant design companies where he worked in the Project management sector in Italy and mostly abroad.
He is a BREEAM Assessor, with 17 years of experience in the MEP design and construction sector and on numerous LEED projects, and has a deep knowledge in the field of "Green Building" with a focus on the issues regarding the cost / benefit ratio.
As an expert in project management and integrated strategies for sustainable construction he has coordinated in the design and construction phase the LEED certification process of the largest certified Commercial Interior in the world (VODAFONE VILLAGE in Milan, also the largest LEED certified building in Italy).
As a consultant for the development of "green" products, he has assisted a number of construction companies and plant engineering companies and has been a speaker at several conferences on behalf of ENEA, EIRE, MADEexpo, Green Building Expo and the US Embassy in Rome.
