In the dynamic design context, our Project Managers use their experience and their ability for  planning, monitoring  and  managing the works coming to their natural conclusion: realization of computation of the costs respecting the deadlines and the budget.   
 
Our PM operates with the following goals: 

  • Carry out the job with the primary goal to achieve all the objectives of the client 
  • Activate all the necessary resources for the execution of the job 
  • Employ the resources in that way to maximize the efficiency and minimize the costs 
  • Define and control the priorities of the job 
  • Organize and control the job while maintaining it always balanced and flexible 
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of the works and construction 
  • Prepare the operational budget 
  • Formulate the Claims and Contract variations
